The BoatU.S. Foundation for Boating Safety and Clean Water, Alexandria, Va., is again offering environmental grants of up to $2,000 to local, nonprofit organizations. The grants are designed to educate boat owners and promote hands-on efforts aimed at cleaning up the waterways.
