William F. Bertles

EWING — William F. Bertles, 65, died Friday at home.
   Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong area resident.
   Mr. Bertles worked 10 years with the custodial department of Holy Angels School, Trenton, and had worked 14 years with Star Porcelain Co., Trenton.
   He was an Army veteran of the Korean War era and a member of Catholic War Veterans.
   Son of the late Charles and Helen Nleed Bertles and brother of the late Earl, he is survived by his wife of 38 years, Jane Bertles; a sister, Kathleen Pietras of Trenton; two brothers-in-law, Ronald McGonigal and wife June of Jobstown and Roy McGonigal of Arkansas; a sister-in-law, Anita Rosiejka and husband Frank of Montana; a cousin, Corrine Sweedland of Toms River; and nieces, nephews and other cousins.
   Funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Parkside Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 1584 Parkside Ave.
   Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton.
   Calling hours will be 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
