THOMAS CHIUSANO, 85, of Millstone died March 3 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Born in New York City, he had been a resident of Millstone for the past 81 years. Mr. Chiusano was a farmer in Millstone for most of his life, retiring in 1980. He was also a mechanic for Wagner Brothers, Millstone. He was a communicant of St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Perrineville section of Millstone. Mr. Chiusano was predeceased by his wife, Margie Joan, who died in 2000; a son, Thomas Jr., in 1978; a brother, Michael; and a sister, Adeline Anastasio. Surviving are two daughters, Theresa Chiusano of Trenton and Mary Bergeron of Millstone; a brother, Dominick of Millstone; five sisters, Carmela Troia of Queens, N.Y., Angie Maddi of Red Bank, Mary Lowrey of Lanoka Harbor, Philomena Ritter of Oklahoma and Rose Sammons of Freehold; and a granddaughter. The funeral liturgy was celebrated at St. Joseph’s Church, followed by interment at the parish cemetery.
