Senior Menus

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $3.13. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, April 4 — Apple juice, cheese lasagna with sauce, broccoli spears, tossed salad with chick peas and red onions, Italian bread and frozen yogurt cup. Shopping.
   Friday, April 5 — Blended juice, Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, carrots, minced coleslaw, wheat bread and fruit cocktail. Bingo.
   Saturday, April 6 — Pineapple juice, egg salad, Kaiser roll, three-bean salad, fruit, chocolate chip cookies and milk.
   Sunday, April 7 — Cranberry juice, turkey, rye bread, potato salad, fruit, pound cake and milk.
   Monday, April 8 — Grape juice, stuffed cabbage roll, mashed potatoes, asparagus, tossed salad, Italian bread and pineapple chunks. Exercise.
   Tuesday, April 9 — Potato leek soup, honey glazed pork chop, scalloped potatoes, brussel sprouts, applesauce, rye bread and angel food cake. Cards.
   Wednesday, April 10 — Cranapple juice, chicken fricassee, rice with mushrooms, whole baby carrots, cottage cheese with fruit, dinner roll and mini cream puff. Bingo.
   Thursday, April 11 — Navy bean soup, Hungarian goulash, elbow macaroni, green beans, Swiss salad, six-grain bread and grapes. Shopping.
