There’s no place like home; apparently that’s the sentiment felt in Somerset County’s Hillsborough Township, where five new home buys at The Estates at Country Classics have bought new construction in their own hometown. All five are move-up buyers; two, in fact, are repeat Country Classics homeowners.
Built by the Van Cleef family, a local new-home construction firm, The Estates at Country Classics, when completed, will include 14 homes on one-acre lots.
