HOPEWELL
   Richard A. Weidel Jr., president of Weidel Realtors, has announced a number of awards that were presented recently to sales associates in the firm’s Hopewell office.
   Marilyn Wittlinger has been awarded membership into the New Jersey Association of Realtors Million Dollar Sales Club attaining the SILVER Award denoting her outstanding achievements through out the year of 2001.
   Ms. Wittlinger has been further recognized by the Mercer County Association of Realtors with the Bronze award, acknowledging her efforts of completion toward professional excellence through education.
   Ms. Wittlinger has demonstrated a high degree of professionalism attaining many office, company and industry awards. She has earned the designation as a Historic Property Specialist as certified by the National Historic Trust, a Certified Residential Specialist receiving the CRS designation from the National Association of Realtors, and certification as a Seniors Specialist for assisting and counseling seniors for all their real estate concerns.

   Lois Grieves again named to the New Jersey Association of Realtors Million Dollar Club for her superb accomplishments of sales and listings sold in the year 2001.
   Among her many honors are membership in the Distinguished Sales Club, denoting her attainment of the NJAR’s Million Dollar Club in excess of 10 consecutive years, and having earned the Certified Historic Specialist as awarded by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Her honors list includes the Seniors Specialist Designation for her expertise in working with seniors.
   A consistent top producer since entering the field she has achieved top office and company awards. She maintains her position as one of New Jersey and Mercer County’s top professionals as a member of the Mercer County’s Top Producers Club. Her success is attributed to her gentle personality, quiet professionalism and the ability to get the job done.

   Ms. Ramsey has demonstrated an outstanding degree of professionalism and is a consistent top producer amassing many office, company and industry awards. Her personal honors list denote certification as a Historic Property Specialist as awarded by the National Historic Trust.

PRINCETON
   Jim Weichert, president, has announced that two sales associates at the Princeton office of Weichert, Realtors have been honored for their achievements in February.
   Jean Budny led the office in listings and listings sold in February. In addition, she is a member of the 2001 New Jersey Million Dollar Club at the prestigious silver level. Ms. Budny also earned a place in Weichert’s 2001 Million Dollar Sales and Marketed Clubs and Weichert’s 2001 Executive Club.
   Ann Haas earned a February regional award in the category of new home dollar volume.
   Ms. Haas is a member of the 2001 New Jersey Million Dollar Club at the prestigious silver level. In addition, she earned a place in Weichert’s 2001 Million Dollar Sales Club and Weichert’s 2001 Executive Club.
   Ms. Haas is also an active member of the Mercer County Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club Committee and Vice President of Mercer County Top Producers Assn.

PRINCETON JUNCTION
   Amy E. Naecker recently joined the Princeton Junction office of Coldwell Banker as a sales associate.
   "Amy was in the customer service field for several years before earning her real estate license," explained Alice Schoemann, manager. "I’m sure this experience and her honest, caring personality will contribute to her future success in real estate."
   Ms. Naecker, formerly from the Jersey Shore, is a resident of Plainsboro with her husband, Scott, and daughter, Elizabeth. She graduated from Georgian Court College, Lakewood, with a degree in humanities. Ms. Naecker has been an active member of the West Windsor/Plainsboro Mom’s Club, a group that has chapters nationwide. She and her family are active participants at the Queenship of Mary Church, Plainsboro.
