EAST WINDSOR Todd L. Powell, 28, died Saturday at Frankford Hospital, Torresdale Division, Philadelphia.
Born in Trenton, he was a longtime Hamilton and East Windsor area resident.
He worked seven years with National Pools and Spas in Robbinsville and was a member of the Sons of American Legion Post 65 in Metuchen. He enjoyed fishing, hockey and skiing.
He is survived by his wife, Penny Conley Powell; three daughters, Ashley, Brianna and Samantha Powell, all at home; his mother, Suzanne Powell of Monroe; his father, Raymond Sr. of Pennsylvania; a brother, Raymond Jr. of Monroe; two sisters, Robin and Danielle Powell of Monroe; his maternal grandmother, Dorothy Edwards; his paternal grandmother, Mildred Ours; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Deborah and Vito Minnella of South Amboy; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are by Buklad Memorial Home.
