Middletown officials have released this conceptual plan of a township 9/11 memorial, to be constructed next to the planned Middletown Cultural and Arts Center at the former Banfield site on Church Street by the train station. The design includes individual memorials for each of the 36 residents and former residents lost in the World Trade Center disaster.
