Frank W. DiBiase

   EAST WINDSOR — Frank W. DiBiase died Sunday at the Chandler Hall Hospice, Newtown, Pa. He was 81.
   Born in Irvington, he was president of DiBiase Consulting Inc., a design-build company in East Windsor and a retired executive of L. C. Bowers Corp., Princeton.
   He was an Army Air Corps pilot during World War II.
   He was a member of the Nassau Club, Princeton.
   He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Kathleen Fritsch DiBiase; daughter Judith DiBiase Bennis; son Douglas T. DiBiase; granddaughters Jill Bennis, Donna Bennis Green and Paula and Catalina DiBiase; and great-grandchildren Alexander and Hannah Green.
   A celebration of life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center St., Freehold.
   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the F. W. DiBiase Hospice Support Foundation, c/o JD Bennis, 32 Summit Pass, Medford, N.J. 08055.
