Evelyn M. Davison
   WRIGHTSTOWN — Evelyn M. Davison, 80, died Friday at home.
   Born in Morrisville, Pa., she was a New Egypt area resident for 39 years.
   She was a homemaker.
   Wife of the late William Davison, she is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Joyce and Charles Horner of Cream Ridge and Donna and Dale Wright of Wrightstown; a son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Ruth Davison of Whiting; two sisters, Isabel Schnoering of Florida and Shirley Palmucci of Ewing; a brother, Edward Lutes of Toms River; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
   Funeral was Wednesday at Tilghman Funeral Home, New Egypt, with the Rev. Linda Wood officiating.
   Burial was in Jacobstown Cemetery.

Angela Weingartner
   EAST WINDSOR — Angela Maria Weingartner, 61, died Saturday at The Medical Center at Princeton.
   Born in Yonkers, N.Y., she was a longtime East Windsor resident.
   Mrs. Weingartner was a teacher for the Randolph Township School District and also taught in Matawan.
   She was a member of St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church.
   Mrs. Weingartner was active in several clubs, including the N.J. State Federation of Women’s Clubs and its evening membership department state board and general state board; Evening Membership Department State Ex Club; NJSFWC State Ex Club; Tri-Star Women’s Club, where she was a past president; Friday Club of Hightstown Evening Membership Department, serving as a chairwoman; and Junior Friday Club of Hightstown.
   She crocheted many afghans to benefit the American Cancer Society.
   Daughter of the late Joseph and Aida Sirianni, she is survived by her husband, Bruce Weingartner; a daughter, Laura Weingartner of Horsham, Pa.; two sons, Kenneth Weingartner of Yardville and Brian Weingartner of Langhorne, Pa.; and a brother-in-law, William Weingartner of Horseheads, N.Y.
   Funeral was Wednesday from Glackin/Saul Funeral Home, Hightstown.
   Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Wednesday at St. Gregory the Great Parish Center, Hamilton Square.
   Burial was in Princeton Memorial Park, Robbinsville.

John J. Hollenback
   MILLSTONE — John J. Hollenback, 68, died Thursday at home.
   Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he lived in Freehold before moving to Clarksburg in 2000.
   He was a Navy gunner’s mate during the Korean War aboard the USS Roosevelt.
   He retired in 1991 after many years as a textile converter for Schinder Fabrics, New York.
   He is survived by his wife, Maria Hollenback; a daughter and son-in-law, Karyn and Todd Waladkewics; a son and daughter-in-law, John Erik and Valerie Hollenback; a brother, Cyril; four grandchildren, Adriana, Jamie, Grace-Lynne and Nicklas Waladkewics; a nephew, Joseph Hollenback; extended family, Miriam Maldonado and Raymond Tanon; and friends associated with the New Egypt, Englishtown and Columbus flea markets.
   Funeral and burial will be private.
   Arrangements are by Crabiel Memorial Funeral Home, Hightstown.
Morton Preston Jr.
   MILLSTONE — Morton Preston Jr., 85, died June 17 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township.
   Born in Clarksburg, he lived in Millstone most of his life.
   A retired auto mechanic, Mr. Preston worked with Potter-Hillman in Hightstown for 30 years.
   He was a member of Millstone Senior Citizens, Millstone Elks and Ozark Gunning Club.
   Husband of the late Ellen M. Preston and father of the late Barbara Seeds, he is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia and Robert Faber of Cream Ridge, Gail and Harry Elbertson of Burlington and Joan and Richard Brunn of Jupiter, Fla.; a sister, Hannah Matthews of New Port Richey, Fla.; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
   Funeral was Saturday at Peppler Funeral Home, Allentown. Burial was in St. John’s Parish Cemetery, Allentown.
Kathleen Walsh
   HAMILTON — Kathleen M. Callaghan Walsh, 97, died June 18 at Hamilton Continuing Care Center.
   Born in Gurteen, Ireland, she lived in Trenton and Hamilton more than 70 years.
   Daughter of the late Peter and Bridget Connelly Callaghan, wife of the late Joseph Walsh and sister of the late P. James, Beatrice, Desmond, Peter and Martin Callaghan and Josephine Crotty, she is survived by a daughter, Freda Leyrer of Robbinsville; a son, C. Eamon Walsh of West Windsor; a nephew, Gerald M. Callaghan of Hamilton; four grandchildren and their spouses, Sharon and Guy DeVito of Robbinsville, Diane and Donald Dey of Burlington, Michele and Jeffrey Harris of Elmer and H.G. Leyrer of Oregon; seven great-grandchildren, Erin Webb, Molly and Rebecca DeVito, Katelyn and Daniel Dey and Adam and Brian Leyrer; a great-great-granddaughter, Brooke Webb; a sister, Gertrude Tansey of Ireland; two nieces, Joanne Callaghan and Bridie and her husband David McCloskey of Princeton; a brother-in-law and his wife, Jarlath and Renee Walsh of Trenton; and other nieces and nephews.
   Funeral was Friday at M. William Murphy Funeral Home, Hamilton, with the Rev. Arthur Conlon officiating. Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Miriam E. Rehl
   WASHINGTON — Miriam E. Rehl, 95, died Wednesday at Water’s Edge Health Care, Trenton.
   Born in Staten Island, N.Y., she lived in the Robbinsville area more than 60 years.
   Mrs. Rehl assisted her husband with the family farm for many years and later worked with Woodbury Electric and Farm Fresh Cannery, both in Hightstown. She enjoyed crocheting.
   Wife of the late Myron "Jim" Rehl, she is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Myron R. and Norma Rehl of Newton and Daniel J. and Marie Rehl of Robbinsville; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
   Funeral was Monday at Peppler Funeral Home, Allentown. Burial was in Emley’s Hill Cemetery, Cream Ridge.

George R. Simpson
   HIGHTSTOWN — George Raymond Simpson, 74, died June 16 at The Medical Center at Princeton.
   Born in Hebburn, County Durham, England, he was raised in Buffalo, N.Y., and lived in Rochester, N.Y., and Princeton Junction before moving to Meadow Lakes a year ago.
   Mr. Simpson graduated in 1945 from Ebenezer (N.Y.) High School as an Eagle Scout. He served with the Navy during the late 1940s as an aviator and was a member of the Elite 5. He received a bachelor’s degree in optics from the University of Rochester in 1953.
   He started his career with American Optics, where he worked on color film technology for the movie "Oklahoma." He later worked with Xerox Corp., where he was a vice president of optics and retired in 1981 as manager for optical engineering. He held numerous patents for optical technology in the xerographic process, including color xerography. He also played a major role in the development of sidewinder missile technology.
   Son of the late George Sands Simpson, he is survived by his mother, Ethel Simpson of Cranbury, who is 100; four daughters, a son and a son-in-law, Leslie Simpson and Glen Stanton of North Bend, Va., Pamela Simpson of Portland, Ore., George C. Simpson of Robbinsville, Christine Simpson of Palmyra and Caroline Simpson of Robbinsville; his first wife, Dorothy Bellew of Cinnaminson; his second wife, Sandra Simpson of Robbinsville; a sister, June Fischer of England; and three grandchildren, Casey Stanton, Nicole Stanton and Dylan Simpson.
   Memorial service was Saturday at Meadow Lakes, Hightstown. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.

Helen Michalczyn
   HAMILTON — Helen Dembinski Michalczyn, 79, died Monday at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton.
   Born in Trenton, she was a lifelong Hamilton resident.
   She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church of the Assumption and Lady Luck Investment Club.
   Daughter of the late Peter and Emily Dembinski, wife of the late John Michalczyn and sister of the late Charlotte Walinski, she is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and John Stoy of Hamilton, Jane and Harry Mesday of Robbinsville and Carol and Louis Battaglia of Lawrenceville; four grandchildren, Daniel and Jeffrey Mesday and Brooke and Louis Battaglia; a sister, Sophie Sypek of Lawrenceville; a brother-in-law, Lawrence Poksay of Novato, Calif.; a sister-in-law, Catherine Michalczyn of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.; and nieces and nephews.
   Funeral will be 8 a.m. today, Thursday, at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville.
   Requiem liturgy will be 9 a.m. at St. Mary of the Assumption Byzantine Catholic Church, Trenton. Burial will be in St. Mary of the Assumption Cemetery 2.

Lillian Mae Sexton
   CREAM RIDGE — Lillian Mae Sexton, 96, died Sunday at home.
   Born in Wrightstown, she was a Cream Ridge resident for over 75 years.
   She was a member of New Egypt American Legion Auxiliary.
   Wife of the late J. Norman Sexton and mother-in-law of the late Martha Sexton, she is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Kenneth Sexton of Cream Ridge, and Earl and Bernice Sexton of Wrightstown; a brother, Russell Grover of New Hope, Pa.; a sister-in-law, Bernice Grover of White Horse; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
   Funeral will be 11 a.m. today, Thursday, at Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St., Allentown, N.J., with the Rev. Horace M. Frantz officiating. Burial will be in Jacobstown Baptist Cemetery.
   Calling hours will be 10 a.m. today, Thursday, until service.
