Gloria Zastko, president of Gloria Zastko Realtors, North Brunswick, has announced her firm set a sales record for closed sales and listings for the first six months of 2002. The firm closed more than $50 million, which Zastko attributes to the lowest interest rates in decades and a strong market.
In 2001, the firm sold and closed in excess of $110 million. It has a full-time marketing department and has won several awards such as the New Jersey Press Association’s First Place Award.
