Remembrance program moved to Sept. 4

Freeholder Ted Narozanick has announced a change in the date for the Monmouth County Remembrance Program to honor the memories of those Monmouth County residents who perished in the terrorist attacks on our country on Sept. 11.

"In order to pay respect to the holiday of Rosh Hashanah, the Monmouth County Remembrance Program has been changed to Wednesday, Sept. 4," Narozanick said. "The program will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will be held in the gymnasium at Brookdale Community College."

The program will be open to the public.
