Bertha Hansen Golden
   Bertha Schiefer Hansen Golden, 87, died Aug. 21 at Colonial Hills Nursing Center in Maryville, Tenn.
   Born in Wycombe, Pa., she lived in Titusville and Florida before moving to Maryville in 1965.
   A 1932 graduate of Pennington Central High School, she worked with General Motors Corp. during World War II and was a real estate agent with Grace Truesdale Real Estate in Naples, Fla. She retired as a legal secretary for the law offices of Mack Garner in Maryville.
   She enjoyed oil painting and was a member of the Woosamonsa Art Group when she lived in Titusville. She had been president of the Naples Lioness Club.
   Daughter of the late Lafayette and Elizabeth Spencer Schiefer and sister of the late Alice Albertson, Clara Leedom, Leonard and Ira Schiefer, she is survived by her husband, William E. Golden; a son and daughter-in-law, W. Wayne and Valerie Hansen of Titusville; a brother and sister-in-law, Fred and Ruth Schiefer of Horsham, Pa.; four grandchildren and their spouses, Karen and Ken Kurisko, Sharon and Keith Hunt, Gary and Marti Hansen and Valerie and Craig Scannella, all of Hopewell Township; 10 great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and friends.
   Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. George’s Roman Catholic Church, Route 29, Titusville.
   Burial will be in Harbourton Cemetery.
   Friends may call 10 a.m. until Mass at the church.

Robert C. Case
   Robert Clifford Case, 65, died Aug. 4 at Capital Health System at Fuld hospital, Trenton.
   Born in Trenton, he lived in Hopewell most of his life before moving to Lawrenceville in 1987.
   Mr. Case worked several years with the family-owned Case Pork Roll Co. Inc., Trenton, and retired in 1992 from General Motors Corp., Ewing. He most recently worked with National Auto Parts Supply Co., Rocky Hill.
   He served with the New Jersey Army National Guard from 1958 to 1965 and was a former member of Trenton Country Club and Yardley Country Club. Son of the late Clifford L. and I. Theodosia Case and father of the late Douglas Robert Mauer Case, he is survived by his wife of 36 years, Joann Mauer Case; a daughter, Janelle Mauer Case; and two grandsons, Kyle Douglas and Jonathan David, all of Lawrenceville; a sister and brother-in-law, Suzanne L. and William Black of Robbinsville; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
   Funeral was private.
   Arrangements were by Parkside Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, Ewing.
Helen Ferris Michaux
   Helen Ferris Michaux, 78, died Aug. 21 at Somerset Medical Center.
   Born and raised in Pennington, she lived in Bridgewater since 1967.
   She received a special education degree from Trenton State Teachers College and taught school in Trenton and Balboa, Panama.
   She also worked many years with her husband’s dental practice in Keyport. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolutionary War Society for many years serving on several committees and was a member of Raritan Valley Country Club.
   Wife of the late Dr. Macon Craig Michaux, daughter of the late Frederick Lum Ferris Sr. and Myrtle Grimm Ferris and sister of the late Frederick Lum Ferris Jr., she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Macon Craig and Angela Michaux of Raeford, N.C.; two daughters and a son-in-law, Holly Michaux and Allison Peter Enders of Pasadena, Md., and Barbara Anne Michaux of Bridgewater; two grandchildren, Christine Kelly Enders and Andrew Michael Enders; a sister-in-law, Anne Tenney of Castine, Maine; and two nephews, Dr. Frederick Lum Ferris and Kimball Ferris.
   A private memorial service will take place Saturday.
   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
