A program that will explain employees’ rights when they have been laid off will be presented by employment law attorney Frederic G. Leeds from 7-8:30 p.m. Dec. 5 at the Monmouth County Library Headquarters, Symmes Drive, Manalapan. The free program will consist of a lecture followed by a question-and-answer session.
