PLUMSTED — Republican Ron Dancer was re-elected to the Township Committee for a fourth term on Nov. 5.
The final tally was 1,755 votes for Dancer and 288 votes for Democratic challenger Howard Nadell, president of the new Plumsted Democratic Party.
Dancer attributed his victory to his faith in God.
"I thank the Lord and the voters of Plumsted," Dancer said. Dancer has served as mayor for 13 years.
Nadell could not be reached for comment.
