Garden State Philharmonic relocates to college

Ocean County College and the Garden State Philharmonic announce that the philharmonic has relocated its offices to OCC’s off-campus location at 150 Brick Blvd. in Brick.

To celebrate the move and the new alliance formed between the philharmonic and the college, an informal gathering of GSP and OCC board of directors and community members was held on Nov. 26.

OCC’s off-campus office space houses the Center for Business Education and Training and the Department of Continuing and Professional Education in addition to the new GSP offices.

Ocean County College is a public two-year community college sponsored by the county of Ocean, and the state.

Founded in 1955, the philharmonic has grown to include the GSP Orchestra, Chorus, Symphonic Youth Orchestra, Youth String Quartet, Youth String Ensemble and Symphony League.
