Millstone public asked to participate in school building plan

Millstone residents have witnessed the rapid growth in our community over the past several years.

Our children have been fortunate to live in an area where excellence in education has been a vital ingredient to the success of our school system. We are facing a serious problem now as our community continues to outgrow its current school facilities.

Recently, the residents of Millstone Township were mailed information addressing these concerns and asking for your assistance in helping the Board of Education develop a building plan for a September referendum.

It is not too late to be a vital and integral part of planning for the future of our children and our community’s school district.

Three public meetings will be held to allow community members to participate in the referendum planning: Wednesday, Jan. 8, Tuesday, Jan. 21, and Monday, Feb. 3, from 8-10 p.m. in the Elementary School cafeteria.
