Millstone resident announces he will not run for state Legislature

As you may be aware, various parties and coalition leaders throughout New Jersey approached me about running for the New Jersey State Legislature this June.

We created an exploratory committee and studied the possibility very carefully.

Due to recent developments, I chose to step back from running at this time.

The campaign is based on grass-roots support, fiscal reform and new ways to improve the lives of New Jersey’s citizens in District 12, as well as throughout the state.

We spent the past six months speaking about a property tax amendment that would freeze any new increases.

We spoke about education reform.

We spoke about real insurance/tort reform.

And we spoke about removing tolls from our highways.

Although this is a decision I feel is necessary at this time, I will remain very active and observant of the legislative scene and intensely involved in local and state government issues.
