The Senior Wheels USA Program has announced that power (electric) wheelchairs are available for seniors age 65 and older and the permanently disabled at no cost to the recipient.
The power wheelchairs are provided to individuals who cannot walk or self-propel a manual wheelchair, and who meet the additional guidelines of the program. If individuals don’t meet guidelines, Senior Wheels may be able to help through its donation program.
