Rosemary Dougherty

   Rosemary Dougherty, 83, of Monroe, died Wednesday, July 16, at St. Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick.
   She was born in New York, N.Y., and lived in Somerset for 40 years before moving to Monroe in 1991. She was a member of Second Reformed Church in New Brunswick and was a member of the church’s choir. She was the Girl Scout leader of Troop 79, New Brunswick from 1955 to 1970.
   Her husband, C.R. Grafly Dougherty, died in 1992. She is survived by a daughter, Katherine D. Csubak of Pittsford, N.Y.; a son, Steven P. Dougherty of Medford, Mass.; and six grandchildren, Jeffrey Csubak, Rodger Csubak, Alan Dougherty, Matthew Dougherty, Joel Dougherty and Sarah Dougherty.
   In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Second Reformed Church or The Girl Scouts of America. Arrangements are under the direction of Quackenboss Funeral Home, 156 Livingston Ave., New Brunswick, N.J.
