• The Common Interest Homeowners Coalition of New Jersey (CIHCNJ) will hold its next regular meeting Aug. 16, 1:30 p.m. at the Ocean County Library, 101 Washington St., Toms River. Homeowners will be informed of recent and pending New Jersey legislation about homeowner’s associations.
