Daylong family event to
feature stunts, music
Emley’s Hill United Methodist Church will host "X-treme Fest" Aug. 23 from noon to 8 p.m. at the New Egypt High School, 113 Evergreen Road. The event will feature several bands, food, games, product giveaways and live demonstrations by a professional skateboard team.
Tickets cost $30 per family. Individual pricing is $15 in advance, $10 for groups of eight or more, half-price for children ages 6-12 and free for children under age 5. Details: (609) 758-8456 or www.x-worship.com.
