Housing, property taxes
will be topic at meeting
Affordable housing and property taxes will be the topic of discussion at the next meeting of the Monroe Township League of Women Voters, set for 1 p.m. on Aug. 25 in the courtroom at the Monroe Township Municipal Building, Perrineville Road.
Guest speaker will be Susan Burrows, communication director of New Jersey Future, the state’s oldest nonprofit research and advocacy organization.
The public is invited. A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation. Refreshments will be served.
