Having had the honor to participate in Brick Memorial High School’s wrestling program throughout my high school career as a heavyweight under the direction of coaching legend Anthony Caravella and his incredible staff, I would just like to say thank you for having so much positive influence on my life.
The rigorous workouts, intensive training and the discipline we were taught made us all appreciate the time, effort and personal sacrifices Coach Caravella has made throughout the years in order to be with us.
It is sad to see that he will be leaving his post as head coach of the infamous Golden Mustangs, but the move he has made to an administrative position was both long in coming and well deserved.
Coach Caravella has not only been one of the most influential people in my life, but today I also consider him to be a great friend.
