Volunteers needed for holiday party Dec. 14
The Volunteer Center of Monmouth County, Oakhurst section of Ocean Township, is seeking volunteers for a nonprofit to help with its children’s holiday party Dec. 14 from noon-2:30 p.m. in Eatontown. Duties will include playing games with the children, arts and crafts, and karaoke music.
A Long Branch temporary housing organization needs relief staff weekdays and weekends, from 5-9 p.m. An Eatontown nonprofit for women and children in transition is seeking the donation of gift cards to area stores for the organization’s children. A part-time coordinator for house construction is needed, with duties to include facilitating and supervising volunteers in the construction of affordable housing.
