The Shrewsbury Chorale will hold open rehearsals for new members Jan. 6 and 13 from 7:45-10 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Meeting House, 1475 W. Front St., Lincroft section of Middletown. The chorale will begin its 47th season in 2004.
Interested singers must have choral experience, sight-reading ability, and be able to attend Tuesday evening rehearsals. All voice parts are being recruited, and membership is open to all meeting audition requirements. The chorale will perform a program of classical and popular Irish music March 14, and a concert of Brahms music June 5 at 8 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church at Red Bank-Tower Hill
