Councilwoman begins first term in Pennington
Democrat Rebecca Palder takes the oath of office as a Pennington Borough councilwoman. Officiating is Walter Bliss, borough attorney, with the help of Ms. Palder’s two sons, Sloan (left), 12, and Steve, 11. Ms. Palder replaces Robert Di Falco, who did not seek re-election.
