FLORENCE

   A routine traffic stop on Sunday led to the arrest of a Delanco man on several outstanding warrants.
   According to police, Reynaldo Nascimento Lutz, 26, was stopped for speeding along Route 130 near Delaware Avenue at 7:40 p.m. Police said that during the investigation, officers discovered $2,500 in contempt of court warrants issued by Florence and a $60 contempt warrant issued by Cherry Hill.
   Mr. Lutz was charged with speeding and taken to the Burlington County Detention Center in default of the warrants.

   Police charged 31-year-old Gary W. Ivins Jr. of Burlington with aggravated assault and possession of a weapon at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 9, after police say he brandished a barbell against another man.
   Police said officers were sent to a residence on the 2100 block of Route 130 to check out a disturbance. By the time officers arrived, however, the disturbance was over, they said.
   A further investigation revealed that Mr. Ivins allegedly threatened to harm the man, though there was no actual physical altercation.
   Police charged Mr. Ivins and transported him to the Burlington County Detention Center in lieu of $7,500 bail.

   Police said a 14-year-old Roebling boy was charged with possession of marijuana and possession with the intent to distribute at 3:55 p.m. Monday on Fifth Avenue in Roebling.
   Police said detectives had a court notice that the boy was under house arrest and on probation for prior drug possession charges. Police said the boy had 11 packets of marijuana packaged for distribution.
   He was released to the custody of his mother pending an appearance in juvenile court.
