The County Connection at the Ocean County Mall, Toms River, is a service of the Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders.
All residents of Ocean County are welcome to visit and learn about programs services and activities available to them in Ocean County. It is open during regular mall hours and is handicapped accessible.
Daily representatives from the office of the county clerk are available to issue photo identification and process passport applications for a $10 fee.
Other services always available at the County Connection include household battery and cell phone recycling drop-off. Worn American flags may also be dropped off to be turned in to area veterans groups for proper disposal.
Tickets for Ocean County College’s Fine Arts Center shows may be purchased at the County Connection as well, however credit and debit cards are not accepted.
Dog owners may register their dogs for Ocean County’s off-leash dog park at the Miller Airpark in Berkeley for a fee of $20.
