Writer clarifies previous letter

For the record, I would like to offer a clarification to my letter from last week concerning the unfounded accusation leveled against me by Ms. Romanowski.
   In the third paragraph of that letter, the words "a month later" should read "several days later." I investigated further and subsequently found that a report was filed the day after the accusatory flyers were distributed by the Trust office.
   The person at police headquarters who told me that the complaint was filed a month later was, it turns out, referring to a separate complaint filed by a private individual for a similar notice found on his vehicle in December.
