K. Hovnanian is offering 82 grand estate homes with five floor plans ranging in size from 3,513 square feet to 4,791 square feet. The Providence, a 4,598-square-foot luxury home, welcomes visitors into an open and airy foyer with hardwood floors and an elegant stairway that curves up on two sides to the second floor. The first floor includes a den, formal living and dining rooms and a large gourmet island kitchen with a double wall oven, butler’s pantry and breakfast nook. Beyond the foyer is the family room, soaring two floors high. A fireplace gives the room added intimacy. A rear stairway rises from the family room to the privacy of the second floor. The three-car, side-entry garage and large laundry room with tub and closets rounds out the standard Providence.
A fireplace can be added to the living room. A sunny conservatory also is available, and a two-sided fireplace between the living room and the conservatory will make both rooms more intimate.
