The online pet-supply site PETCO.com was recently recognized as a top-consumer site for excellent customer service, the only pet-related Web site recognized. The site scored among the best in both time to shop and business days to receive an item. Results were based on a shopping study conducted by the eTailing Group, which included 100 business-to-consumer sites, of which only 12 achieved "best of" results. The Petco pet supply store is based locally in Eatontown.
