Senior Menus-Feb. 19, 2004

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $3.13. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, Feb. 19 — Spinach with tortellini soup, garlic chicken, mashed potatoes, asparagus, mandarin oranges with pineapple chunks, rye bread and gelatin with topping. Share a Memory Day.
   Friday, Feb. 20 — Pineapple juice, meatballs in tomato sauce, baked ziti, green beans, tossed salad, Italian bread and fruit cocktail. Bingo.
   Saturday, Feb. 21 — Orange juice, tuna salad, rye bread, pasta salad with raw vegetables, chocolate chip cookies and milk.
   Sunday, Feb. 22 — Cranapple juice, turkey, wheat bread, three-bean salad, fruit, cupcake and milk.
   Monday, Feb. 23 — Beef vegetable soup, breaded pork chop with gravy, mashed sweet potatoes, broccoli, applesauce with cinnamon, dinner roll and mini cream puff. Bingo.
   Tuesday, Feb. 24 — Grape juice, veal parmesan, spaghetti with sauce, herbed spinach, tossed salad, Italian bread and frozen yogurt. Cards.
   Wednesday, Feb. 25 — Blended juice, barbecued chicken, corn, baked beans, minced coleslaw, rye bread and peaches. Bingo.
   Thursday, Feb. 26 — Split pea soup, meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, red cabbage, tropical fruit salad, six-grain bread and apple pocket. Share a Joke Day.
