Barbara Foltin

   HILLSBOROUGH — Barbara J. Foltin died Saturday, Feb. 7, at the Hunterdon Care Center in Pittstown. She was 62.
   Born in Trenton, she lived in Hillsborough for the last 27 years.
   Mrs. Foltin was Director of Information Systems and Technology for the Educational Testing Service, Princeton.
   She was a member of the Society of Decorative Painters and painted at the Lavender Cat in Belle Mead.
   Her husband, Thomas J. Foltin Sr., died in 1995.
   She is survived by her mother, Helen Marie Briggs of Englishtown; twostepsons, Thomas J. Foltin Jr. of Lambertville and Phillip Foltin of El Paso, Texas; three sisters, Mary Lou Warhol of Beverly Hills, Fla., Janice Whittaker of Reading, Mass., and Ruth Briggs of Englishtown; two brothers, Burtis Briggs of Morrisville, Pa., and Richard Briggs of Englishtown; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two nieces; and long time friend, Gloria D. Tuttle.
   Funeral services were held Feb. 13 from Robert L. Ford Funeral Home, Flemington, followed by a funeral Liturgy in Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Three Bridges. Interment followed in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Hillsborough.
