Fistfight at headquarters
under scrutiny
EDISON — Officials are investigating an alleged altercation between two police sergeants that took place earlier this month.
On Feb. 6, sergeants Anthony Marcantuono and Kenneth Schreck were allegedly involved in a fistfight at department headquarters, according to police officials.
Police Chief Edward Costello said he was unable to release any further details.
"The investigation is ongoing, but I expect it to be closed next week. Other than that, I can’t comment," Costello said.
