Tara and Jon-Paul Tay of Metuchen announce the birth of their son, Nathaniel James, Jan. 13 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. The baby weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and joins his brother, Nicholas, 3. Grandparents are Sharon and George Armhold of Sayreville and Barbara Tay of Monroe. Great-grandfather is George Armhold Sr. of Spotswood.
