Girl Scout Troop No. 430 of North Edison/Metuchen will collect old flags between May 15 and May 30 at Buddy Suter and Fresco, Main Street, Metuchen; Curves, Victorian Manor Mall, Edison; Chrisdee’s, Central Avenue; and the Metuchen Library.
Any faded or torn flags will be retired in a respectful way by a joint venture between Troop 430 and the American Legion Post of Metuchen.
