will offer new program
The Metuchen Police will conduct an 11-week "Citizens Police Academy" program for borough residents beginning Sept. 9.
The program will offer residents an opportunity to become familiar with the day-to-day operations of their police department.
It will be open to borough residents who are over 21 years of age and who successfully complete a background investigation. Class size is limited.
