According to the police report, a white male, between 6 feet and 6 feet 2 inches tall, and weighing about 220 pounds, described as having light brown hair, was driving down Leighton Avenue at around 1 p.m. at the same time as two 16-year-old females were walking along Leighton Avenue.
The man allegedly pulled the car up along side the girls and asked them for directions. The two girls approached the vehicle and saw that the driver had his pants down and was masturbating.
The subject then drove north, away from the girls, and turned onto Locust Avenue, toward Shrewsbury Avenue.
The vehicle is described as a white, older model van with a ladder rack on top. The witnesses also described an orange stripe near where the license plate is on the rear of the vehicle.
