The Western Monmouth Chamber of Commerce will hold a monthly general meeting Aug. 18 at 8:30 a.m. at the chamber office, 17 Broad St., Freehold. The guest speaker will be John A. Wanat, executive director of the Monmouth County Office on Aging.
He will discuss several state and national projects that his office is providing to seniors and their caregivers, including Monmouth County’s "TeleCare" project.

"Motorcycle Movie Madness" will be sponsored by Freehold Honda Triumph Aug. 6 at 9 p.m. The community is invited to ride in on their motorcycles.
Free admission, popcorn and beverages will be provided by the dealership, which will be open during the event. The movie (title had not yet been determined at press time) will be suitable for the entire family, according to the press release.
