Business owners and members of the community are invited to attend the Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce 12th annual Largest Networking Party from 5-9 p.m. on Sept. 14 on the rooftop of the Hyatt-Regency Hotel, New Brunswick.

The event will feature food samples from many Central Jersey restaurants, live entertainment, prizes, giveaways and networking opportunities.

Advance tickets are $25 each and may be purchased by calling (732) 821-1700. To register online, log on to www.mcrcc.org. Tickets also will be available at the door at a cost of $35 per person.

The New Jersey School Public Relations Association (NJSPRA) is seeking new members. Membership is open to those who are involved with communications, publications and media relations in New Jersey public, parochial or private schools.

The association hosts four professional workshops each school year and serves as a resource for school public relations practitioners. Recent workshops have covered varied subjects including crisis communications, press relations, budgets and bond referenda, Web site design and the No Child Left Behind Act. The group also provides tip sheets on various communications subjects and has knowledgeable people on call to provide professional advice on any communications subject.
