The Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce (MCRCC) will sponsor its 12th annual “Largest Networking Party” Sept. 14 from 5-9 p.m. on the rooftop at the Hyatt-Regency, 2 Albany St., New Brunswick. The event will include food samples from several area restaurants, live entertainment, games, and door prizes. The 700-member Chamber is celebrating its 94th anniversary this year. The “Monday Morning” Advocacy Network of Middlesex County announces that The Americans with Disabilities convention — organized by the New Jersey Council on Developmental Disabilities (NJCDD) and co-sponsored by other agencies and organizations — will be held Sept. 18 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Atlantic City Convention Center, 1 Miss America Way. The convention will be the first by the NJCDD to bring residents across the United States to discuss issues concerning residents with disabilities. It will feature entertainment, exhibits, political discussions and a voting technology expo. Keynote speaker will be Bob Kafka of ADAPT, an advocate for residents with disabilities. Andrea J. Sullivan of North Brunswick, a partner in the Woodbridge office of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith, Ravin, Davis & Himmel LLP, was recently installed as a trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Association. She also serves as chairwoman of the Chancery Practice Committee and Women’s Law Section for the Association.
Sullivan, a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, concentrates her practice in commercial litigation and matrimonial law. She is secretary of the Middlesex County Bar Foundation and president of the board of trustees of Central Jersey Legal Services Corp.
