   Hillsborough Landscaping Supply on Route 206 report the theft of two white lawn arbors, four Adirondack chairs and a picnic table sometime during the night of Aug. 31.
   The business’ manager said the two arbors had been left stored unsecured outside on the business’ property. The other missing items had been in a storage area surrounded by additional wooden sheds on the property.
   The stolen items were valued at $2,246.

   A Johanson Avenue resident reported a flag and flag poleflagpole stolen from a tree in her front yard at 11:07 a.m., Sept. 4.
   The resident told police that both items were attached to a flagpole holder, damaged in the crime, still located on a tree trunk in her front yard. The multicolor flag had several peace signs on it and writing in foreign languages.
   The missing items were valued at $65.

   A Taurus Drive resident reported that flowers in her flower bed had been uprooted and the bed trampled through at 7:41 p.m., Sept. 3.
   The damage was estimated at $50.

   A Gemini Drive resident reported his bike stolen at 7:38 a.m., Sept. 2.
   The victim told police that sometime between 11:30 p.m. Sept. 1 and 7 a.m. that morning someone had stolen his silver and chrome colored men’s bike from the front of his apartment. The bike had been left unlocked.
   It was valued at $150.

   Suzanne Miller, 23, of San Diego, was charged with soliciting magazine subscriptions without a permit at 3:49 p.m., Sept. 4.
   A Royce Court resident called police to report that Ms. Miller was going to homes in the neighborhood peddling magazines. When located and questioned by police, Ms. Miller said she was unaware she needed a permit.
   Ms. Miller was released after posting $400 bail, pending an appearance in municipal court.

   Matthew Goldstein, 21, of Devonshire Court was charged with driving while intoxicated at 2:30 a.m., Aug. 26.
   Police were traveling west on New Amwell Road when they observed a white Honda with its center breakbrake light out. After stopping and questioning Mr. Goldstein police detected the odor of alcohol.
   After performing field sobriety tests, Mr. Goldstein was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, improper maintanencemaintenance of lamps and reckless driving.
   He is currently awaiting a court date.

   Christine Luccheshi, 43, of Hanover Township, was charged with driving while intoxicated at 3:01 a.m., Aug. 27.
   Police were stationed at Route 206 and Docherty Park on a DWI checkpoint when Ms. Luccheshi’s car approached. While speaking with Ms. Luccheshi, police detected the odor of alcohol and told her to pull over, police said.
   Ms. Luccheshi continued driving through the checkpoint and had to be stopped by Manville police on South Main Street near Kennedy Boulevard.
   After performing field sobriety tests, she was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to follow andan officer’s instructions.
   She is currently awaiting a court date.
