NORTH BRUNSWICK — David Levine believes five steps separate an average businessperson from a successful one.

The CEO of Action International, a North Brunswick-based company that provides business coaching, will conduct a program this fall about the necessary strides business owners and entrepreneurs need to take to maximize profits.

“Business owners owe it to themselves to invest some time to understand how to turn the potential of their business into reality,” Levine said.

Action International partnered with Wachovia Bank to provide the free three-part Business Success Seminar Series.

Levine said an hour of a businessperson’s time now could mean success for a lifetime.

“Action International has literally changed the lives of thousands of business people across the world by giving them simple strategies that have led to massive results in their businesses,” Levine said.

The seminars will include strategies that could help a business’ profits increase by 10 percent this year, Levine said. Other topics will include cash flow control, customers, revenues, employees, and marketing and advertising, Levine said. According to Levine, business owners “could make more money and work far less” after attending the seminar.

“Most business owners put up with their business running them, and end up working for far less money than they really should, rather than running their business and taking home a great income each week,” Levine said.

The first seminar, “Build Your Business: Five Steps to Super Profits,” will take place at 6 p.m. on Sept. 21 at Wachovia Financial Center at 380 Berry Street in Woodbridge. The second part, The Secrets of Performance Management, will take place at 6 p.m. on Oct. 21 at the Wachovia Financial Center at 120 Albany Street in New Brunswick. Finally, Levine will return to the Wachovia Financial Center in Woodbridge to present, “Build Your Advertising: Creating Successful Advertising” at 6 p.m. on Nov. 16.

Each interactive seminar will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., but registration and doors open at each venue at 6 p.m. Attendants should bring business cards for scheduled networking time before each workshop, Levine said.

Reservations for the seminars must be made in advanced, Levine said.
