Barbara E. Whalen Kelly
Mrs. Kelly, 61, of North Brunswick, died Sept. 26 at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York City. Born in New Brunswick, she resided in North Brunswick since 1967. She was an executive secretary at Johnson & Johnson, New Brunswick, for 25 years. She was a communicant of St. Augustine of Canterbury Roman Catholic Church, Kendall Park section of South Brunswick. She was predeceased by two brothers, Joseph M. Whalen Jr., and Richard Whalen. She is survived by her husband, Eugene M. Kelly; a son, Shawn M. Kelly of Naples, Fla.; a daughter, Colleen Kelly of South Brunswick; a brother, James Whalen of Cape Coral, Fla.; two grandsons; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be Oct. 2 at Selover Funeral Home, North Brunswick. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:15 a.m. at St. Augustine Church. Entombment will be at Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 846 Main St., Fords 08863.
Elna Hansen Langcaskey
Mrs. Langcaskey, 81, of the Kendall Park section of South Brunswick, died Sept. 28 at home. Born in Norway, she resided in Trenton prior to moving to Kendall Park several years ago. She was a factory assembly workers at General Motors, Ewing and Trenton, for 45 years, retiring in 1988. She was predeceased by a sister, Alfheild Hansen. She is survived by a daughter, Patty Nuzzo, of Kendall Park; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be Oct. 4 at 10 a.m. at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick. Arrangements are by The Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick.
William O. Horvath Jr.
Mr. Horvath, 55, of North Brunswick, died Sept. 23 at home. Born in Hungary, he had lived in Woodbridge before moving to North Brunswick in 1994. Mr. Horvath was a self-employed freight salesman. He is survived by a daughter, Vikki Horvath, of Hamilton; a son, Michael Horvath, North Brunswick; and three sisters, Kathy Davisson, Edison, Anna Rudolph, Howell, and Irene Napolitano, Brick. Interment took place at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Iselin section of Woodbridge. Arrangements were by Selover Funeral Home, North Brunswick.
Zygmunt Sulikowski
Mr. Sulikowski, 81, of Sayreville, died Sept. 21 at home. Prior to his retirement in 1985, he was employed as a machine operator by Algrow Knitting Mills, Milltown, where he worked for 15 years. Prior to that, he worked at Stop Fire, North Brunswick. His wife, Apolonia Nieolswjecka Sulikowski, died in May; a daughter, Theresa Minka, died in 1993; and a son, Zdislow, died in 1996. Surviving are a son, Mitchell Sulikowski of Sayreville, with whom he lived; and three brothers, John of Trenton, Anthony of Ohio and Mitchell of Canada. A Mass was offered at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, Sayreville. Interment was in the church cemetery.
Helen M. Antosky Stemming
Mrs. Stemming, 66, of South Brunswick, died Sept. 20 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in New Brunswick, she resided there prior to moving to South Brunswick 25 years ago. She was employed at Pierre’s, South Brunswick, where she has worked several years. She was predeceased by two brothers, Michael Antosky, and Ronald Vohol. She is survived by her husband, Frederick A. Stemming Jr.; a daughter and son-in-law, Valerie and Joel Gruenke, of Morrisville, Pa.; a son, Frederick M. Stemming, of Edison; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Frederick and Jean Vohol, of Jackson, and John and Louise Vohol, of North Brunswick; and one granddaughter. Interment was at Elmwood Cemetery, North Brunswick. Arrangements were by Selover Funeral Home, North Brunswick. Memorial donations may be made to Make a Wish Foundation, 1034 Salem Road, Union 07083.
Constance Buell Reppert
Mrs. Reppert, 86, of Monroe, died Sept. 21 in Franklin Care Center, Somerset section of Franklin. Her husband, George W. Reppert, died in 1991; a son, George W. Reppert II, died in 2001; and a daughter, Karen Ayers, died in September. Surviving are eight grandchildren; Ronald Reppert, Linda Groat and Cynthia Reppert, all of the Belford section of Middletown, John Ayers of Nevada, Susan McKee of the Kendall Park section of South Brunswick, Nicole Ayers of Clinton, Audrey Belitz of the Dayton section of South Brunswick, and George Reppert III of Old Bridge; and six great-grandchildren. Graveside services were held at Franklin Memorial Park, North Brunswick.
