Milton Paris, a sales and marketing consultant with approximately 40 years’ sales and business-growth experience, is hosting a new talk show, “Getting Ahead in Business,” from 9:30-10 a.m. every Saturday on WCTC 1450 AM.

“Teaching professionals, whether they are tradesmen, trainees, entrepreneurs or employees of a major corporation, has always been fulfilling and enjoying for me,” Paris said. “I had a similar radio show on Long Island (N.Y.) and sought something here; there wasn’t any show like it.”

Guests are interviewed on the WCTC show about their professions and their daily and long-term challenges and triumphs in business. Listeners may call in for advice and networking.

‘Getting Ahead in Business’ is an excellent and concise forum for all kinds of people who want to learn how to inject some excitement into their professional lives, how to assess their situation, whether it’s a major change of career or whether it’s a specific challenge being faced,” Paris explained. “The extra advantage is the networking; people have found others who provide services and goods they need.”

Paris is the author of a new book, “Two Hundred and Fifty Statements and Thoughts to Live By in Sales,” a guide for creating and sustaining a positive attitude and constructing clear goals, not only in business but in life.
