The Monmouth County Library will present Jazz Week Nov. 17-21 at the library headquarters, Symmes Drive, Manalapan.
Bob Rickles will present “Jazz Films With Commentary” Nov. 17 at 7:30 p.m., and the remainder of the week will feature the following concerts: the John Gronert Quartet, featuring John Gronert on drums, Nov. 18 from 7:30-9:30 p.m.; Dave Stryker & The Blue to the Bone Band, a seven-piece band, Nov. 19 from 8-10 p.m.; the Houston Person Quartet, featuring Houston Person on tenor sax, Stan Hope on piano, Ter-Ola-Gadd on bass, and a drummer to be announced, Nov. 20 from 8-10 p.m.; and the Gene Krupa Orchestra, led by Mark Berkowitz, Nov. 21 from 2-4 p.m.
