Re/Max Team Success, 1316 Englishtown Road, Old Bridge, a new Re/Max franchise, will hold a grand opening beginning at 4 p.m. on Oct. 28.
The new office is managed by Mike Ekladous, broker/owner, and Mina Ekladous, owner/sales associate. Office associates specialize in the listing and sale of residential properties in Old Bridge, Monroe, East Brunswick and South River.
Ekladous was awarded membership in 2003 to the Re/Max of New Jersey President’s Club and the 2003 New Jersey Association of Realtors Million Dollar Sales Club.
The branch office of Re/Max Team Success, located at 52 Main St., South River, continues to serve the local real estate market.
The Right at Home Middlesex County office, 43 W. Prospect St., East Brunswick, was recognized with a Level One Gold Class Continued Performance award at the company’s second annual franchise meeting held recently in Omaha, Nebraska.
The award, which was accepted by franchise owner Beth Sholom (who operates the East Brunswick location along with her husband, James Sholom), is based on the office’s success during the previous year.
Right at Home, which offers in-home supportive care to seniors and other adults to help them continue living independently, has almost 70 offices around the United States, including major metropolitan areas such as Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston and Los Angeles. Medical home healthcare is offered through some franchise offices.
