Chabad House of Monroe, directed by Rabbi Yehuda Spitzer, invites the community to celebrate Hanukkah, the Festival of Lights, at a Hanukkah Concert and Extravaganza set for 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 11 at Monroe Township High School, Perrineville Road.
The concert will feature Ron Eliran, known as “Israel’s Ambassador of Songs,” who will sing Yiddish, English and Hebrew songs. Free latkes, doughnuts and chocolate Hanukkah gelt will be distributed.
Tickets cost $10 in advance, $13 at the door. Advance tickets may be purchased at Everything Jewish by Chabad, 11 Concordia Shopping Center, Monroe, (609) 409-1000.
