Allure of Chocolate scheduled for Feb. 6
The Historic Village of Old Bridge Community Group (HVOBCG) will sponsor its second annual Allure of Chocolate event from 4:30-7 p.m. on Feb. 6 at the East Brunswick Museum, 16 Maple St., in the historic Village of Old Bridge at the intersection of Old Bridge Turnpike and Main Street, East Brunswick. Brinn’s Chocolates, Highland Park, will co-sponsor the event.
Highlights will include a pictorial presentation on the history of chocolate, demonstrations and a taste-testing featuring various types of chocolates and chocolate products.
Tickets cost $20 in advance, $25 at the door (if still available). Advance payment is due by Jan. 31. Checks should be made payable to HVOBCG-Chocolate and sent to 42 River Road, East Brunswick, NJ 08816. Name, address, telephone number and number of tickets ordered should be noted. Admission cost will include demonstrations, tastings, refreshments and door prizes.
